This summer vacation development is situated in the west part of Sunny Beach near to Bourgas, in one of the few preserved green areas. It is an exceptional residential resort in terms of combining the luxury and comfort of 4-star facilities with silence and seclusion, not far from the turquoise sea and the golden sands, perfect for sunbathing. THE ARCHITECTURE - Modern, based on large glass windows, with large terraces and balconies, aluminum railings with glass plated elements, giving the construction a fleetness and elegance. THE BUILDING - Solid building with higher class ferro concrete construction, noise and thermo isolated with 5 cm styropore layer, stone blocks facade with mineral coating, PVC-windows frame based on REHAU-profiles with higher sealing properties and SEGENIA fittings for double way opening. The whole building as well as the apartments are equipped with air-conditioning units. Corridor and stairs floors in the common parts are ceramic or gres coated tiles, the wall coating is latex and the doors are made by laminated MDF.
