The complex is situated in a picturesque and ecologically clean place in the village of Kosharitsa, on the eastern slopes of the Stara Planina Mountains, 2 km from the coast at an altitude of 120 meters above sea level. The resort is distinguished by an abundance of greenery, beautiful panoramic views and a sense of peace and tranquility. From each villa opens gorgeous panoramic views of the sea resorts of Sunny Beach, Nessebar and St. Vlas, and on the other side you can see the mountains covered with forests. In close proximity is the reserve Kalinata. Village Kosharitsa is included in the European environmental program "Natura 2000". Local environmental standards clearly limit the height of new construction in order to preserve the environment.
The infrastructure of the village is well developed - the roads are paved, central sewerage and water supply, telephone, cable internet and television. The beaches of Sunny Beach and St. Vlas are 10 minutes away and the nearest airport of Burgas is at 30 km.
Fully fenced and guarded complex consists of nine three-story villas and swimming pools. 5 villas are with built-up area of 218 sq.m. First floor - 72 sq.m., second floor - 93 sq.m., the area of the third floor is 53 sq.m., 4 villas are with built-up area of 255 sq m. Ground floor area - 94 square meters, second floor - 108 sq.m., the area of the third floor is 53 sqm.
All villas are designed for year-round residence. The land area is ranging from 260 to 422 square meters and each plot is equipped with a barbecue area, a green lawn, and one or two parking spaces.
Construction of the complex will be performed on the following dates:

In the construction are used the highest quality, eco-friendly and modern materials. Construction - Large porous ceramic blocks (warm ceramic) POROTHERM, a German company Wienerberger.
