For sale is a country house located in a small and quiet village in Pravets municipality. The house has a total living area of 70 sq m, built on a plot of land with size of 1200 sq m. The property also includes a large shed of 48 sq m. The property is reached via an asphalt road and about 150-meter forest road.
The house has two floors and the following internal distribution:
- First floor - tavern with a fireplace, a furnished kitchen, a toilet, a cellar and a room for storing firewood.
- Second floor - three bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and an entrance hall. The stairs are external.
The property has electricity, satellite TV, water from our own borehole. In the yard there are many fruit trees, a shed outbuilding and the stone masonry foundations of a barn which was demolished.
The are is very picturesque. There is an eco-trail nearby. This is a favorite place for fishing (there are two rivers nearby). The Chekotyn Monastery is also nearby. The place is beautiful, quiet and peaceful, nestled at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain, about 20 km from Pravets. It takes about 1 hour to reach the village from Sofia.
