The property has electricity, satellite TV, water from our own borehole. In the yard there are many fruit trees, a shed outbuilding and the stone masonry foundations of a barn which was demolished.

The are is very picturesque. There is an eco-trail nearby. This is a favorite place for fishing (there are two rivers nearby). The Chekotyn Monastery is also nearby. The place is beautiful, quiet and peaceful, nestled at the foot of Stara Planina Mountain, about 20 km from Pravets. It takes about 1 hour to reach the village from Sofia.
