For sale is a house located in the countryside only 7 km from the town of Pavlikeni, Veliko Tarnovo region.
The house is situated near the center of the village on a quiet and peaceful street. It is a two-story solid stone-brick building with an area of 100 sq m.
Layout:
- First floor - two bedrooms with a closet, an external staircase to the second floor.
- Second floor - two bedrooms with a closet.
Next to the house there is an additional building which consists of a living room with a separate kitchenette, a bathroom and a toilet. The yard is flat and surrounded by a stone fence to the south. The whole size of the garden is 1100 square meters. In the yard there are also few additional outbuildings.
The roof of the main residential building has been repaired. There are no leaks, but the house itself needs repair.
