The house is located 12 km from the town of Pavlikeni and 35 km from the town in Veliko Tarnovo. It comprises of 2 bedrooms plus a closet and a large hallway. In the adjacent structure on its side there is a nice kitchen plus another room that could be used for living room, bedroom or a guest room. There is also a summer kitchen with oven. The total living area is 150 sq m.
