This property is located in a pretty, picturesque fore-Balkan village surrounded by forests, rivers and two dams.
The house is situated at the foot the Elena Balkan just 5 km away from the town of Zlataritsa and 21 km from Veliko Tarnovo (around in a 15-20 min drive through the main road Veliko Tarnovo - Varna). The area is ecologically friendly, surrounded with amazing mountain views, fresh and clean air - perfect for relaxation and vacation or for permanent living.
The house has total living area of 200 sq m distributed between two residential floors. It is pretty large with excellent location, south-facing view. On the first floor there are two rooms, stone-built tavern, kitchen with oven and another room. The second floor comprises 4 rooms and a wooden terrace. The yard is also very large, having total size of 4000 sq m. From the garden opens wonderful view of Stara Planina Mountain. The house was renovated in the typical for this region architecture and style. There are some repairs left to be done since the renovation has not finished completely.
