The house is located in a picturesque village in Stara Planina Mountain. The village is part of Tryavna municipality, district of Gabrovo. The house is on 3 floors, with distribution as follows:
First floor - one room that was once a shop;
Second floor - two rooms that are used as bedrooms. The shop has separate entrances to both.
Third floor - two rooms + attic space, which are not used for living.
There is no bathroom or toilet in the house, but there is enough space to have one made. There is water in the yard from a fountain, which is adjacent to the house, ie. it can be very easily ran inside.
In the yard there is an outdoor toilet and several other buildings, such as: old furnace, shed, a barn.
The property is situated in the lower part of the village and there is water all year round, electricity as well. The road to the village is narrow but maintained.
