The offered house is situated in a small village in western Bulgaria. The village is part from Tran municipality, Pernik region and it is almost at the border with Serbia.
The village lies 14 km west of the town of Tran and 60 km northwest from the town of Pernik. The city of Sofia is at 89 km south-east. The area is mountainous with lovely nature and amazing views. The village consists of only 35 people.
The house is three-stored and has total living area of 200 sq m. It was built in 1989 and generally is in good condition. The size of the yard is 2000 sq m. The plot is a bit slopped and has great views.
The distribution inside is the following: on the first floor there are two bedrooms, dining room, kitchen box and a bathroom with WC. On the second floor there are three bedrooms. The third is attic floor.
