We would like to offer you a house for sale, located in a village in Elin Pelin municipality.

It was built in the 70s, suitable for permanent living and situated in just 35 minutes from Sofia center. The house is located 7 km from Elin Pelin. It is accessed via Trakia Highway, through Novi Han and Botevgradsko Shose.

The property comes with a yard of 1100 square meters, with a large outside fountain, and own water source (probe). Piping was replaced entirely. The house is on one floor with size 65 sq m and consists of an entrance hall, one room, kitchen and a large living room. There is also a basement.
