We are selling a house located in a quiet village in eastern Bulgaria. The village takes part in the municipality of Shumen, Veliki Preslav district. The town of Shumen is only 20 km away.
The house has two floors. First floor comprises of two rooms. The second floor has two more and a glazed terrace. One of the rooms is unfinished. There is also bathroom and a toilet in one premise. A separate room is equipped with a furnace.
The condition is good. The wiring was recently replaced. The roof was completely changed in 2017. The first floor has new PVC windows. On the second floor, they are not changed yet, but already purchased. The house is sold with the furniture.
The yard is big and includes a shed. There is an inside and outside fountain.
The property is located next to a pine forest. It has all south exposure and wonderful views of the Varbish Balkan.
