The house is situated in a nice village near Shoumen and the sea. The village offers excellent conditions for living and recreation.
The house has two floors. It is after full renovation with replaced windows to PVC. The two floors are connected by an external staircase. The total living area is 120 sq m and the land area is 2530 sq m.
The first floor consists of an entrance hall, spacious living room, two bedrooms, dressing room, bathroom and a toilet. There are many fruit trees - 40 cherries, peaches, hazelnuts, walnuts, plums and apples. There is a small vineyard with in total of 7 varieties of dessert grapes.
Next to the house there is a kitchen that allows you to use all year round. It is equipped with all appliances: cooker with ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, TV and fireplace. The flooring is tiled. In the yard there is a barbecue and a beautiful sink lined with granite.
