This is a rural type of property, located in east – central Bulgaria. It is set in a developed village included in Provadia municipality, Varna district. The settlement is at the distance of 25 km south-west from Provadia and about 78 km in the same direction from Varna City.
The house is large, on two floors and with area of 150 sq m. It consists of four rooms, basement, bathroom and a large corridor. The house is with replaced roof. The overall condition is good and the house is habitable. It is furnished with old, but solid furniture.
The property also includes a wood-made summer kitchen, barbeque, antique fountain, garage, well and a fruit garden. The garden comprises with peaches, apricots, plums, apples. There is also a large vinery.
The house is close to the main highway Varna – Sofia. The nearest international airport is in Varna.
