The property is located in a secluded village about 25 km from the city of Sofia and 10 km from Pernik. The village is at 900 m altitude above the sea level. It is set amongst beautiful nature and amazing pines. The place is perfect for vacation.
The house is at the outskirts of the village. The access is via an asphalted road, although the last 600 meters are rocky dirt road only suitable for a CUV. There is no electricity in the area. The water is from a well, which is 10m deep.
