This is a solid, brick house for sale, located in a peaceful and quiet village, 40 km south from Sofia. The village is included in the municipality of Radomir, Pernik district. It is easily accessed via the highway E 79 which is only at 2 km from the house. The town of Pernik is at the distance of 30 km.
