This is a two-story, residential building located in a picturesque village about 60 km from Sofia, 3 km from Struma highway and 15 km from Dupnitsa.
The house consists of a ground floor (basement of 44 sq m) and two residential floors above (each of 48 sq m). There are concrete slabs between the floors. The property is supplied with electricity and water. The heating is on solid fuel and there are chimneys for that.
The basement consists of two large rooms and a large staircase. On the first floor - toilet, large living room, kitchen with a vestibule and veranda. On the second floor - two rooms (one with a terrace) and a toilet. Internal concrete staircase connects the two floors. The house needs major renovation.
The garden is 600 square meters. It includes fruit trees (pears, medlar, etc.).
