Two-storey brick house located in southwestern Bulgaria. It is 60 km from Sofia, 3 km from the Struma highway and 15 km from Dupnitsa.
The house consists of a ground floor (basement) – 44 sq m and two residential floors above it – 48 sq m each. There is electricity and water. In the yard, there is also a well with a pump for irrigation. The layout inside the house is the following:
The basement consists of two large premises.
First floor – WC, large living room, kitchen and verandah.
Second floor – two bedrooms (one of which with e balcony) and a WC.
The garden has an area of 600 sq m. It is planted with fruit trees (pears, medlar and others).
