For sale is a two-storey house with a total area of about 160 sq m, located in picturesque village in between Dryanovo and Tryavna. The village lies 11 km from the town of Tryavna and 6 km from Dryanovo. The village of Bozhentsi is 15 km away, Dryanovo Monastery is 9 km away, Gabrovo is 17 km away and Veliko Tarnovo is 29 km away.
The property is in the center of the village. The road leading to it is well maintained, accessible even in winter. The village has a hotel with a swimming pool and a football field.
The yard is about 500 square meters. In it there are few additional outbuildings. A fence surrounds the property.
The distribution inside the house is as follows:
