The house is located in a village in western Bulgaria, part of Breznik Municipality, Pernik region.
The village is 26 km northwest from town of Pernik, 6 km in the same direction from town of Breznik, 42 km west from city of Sofia, 28 km south-west from the town of Slivnitsa and 24 km southeast from town of Tran.
The settlement offers some amenities, including a mayor’s office, a church and a shop. Education and health services are available in the municipal center - town of Breznik (just 6 km away).
