This nice cozy rural house is located at the foothills of the Stara Planina Mountain in a beautiful picturesque area with view to a pine forest. The property is set in a quiet village near Bourgas, part of Sungurlare municipality, Bourgas district. The river Kamchia passes just 50 meters away from the house. 300 meters from the property there is a railroad station with regular trains to Varna and Bourgas.
