The house is located in the center of Tvarditsa, Sliven region. It is close to a school, the townhall, the station and all other amenities.
The town itself lies in central Bulgaria, in the Elena Balkans about 45 km from Sliven, 50 km from the town of Roses - Kazanlak, 60 km from Stara Zagora, and 75 km from the Historic City of Veliko Tarnovo! There is very quick access to Trakiya highway, which can take you to Plovdiv and Sofia.
The house is facing the inner yard which makes it ideal for a holiday home – the street noise will not be bothering you. The building needs complete renovation – roof, wall plaster, new sewer. There is electricity and water.
In the yard there is a very old pear tree (about 80 years old) and 2 cherry trees.
The street is newly repaired with new asphalt pavement and replaced plumbing! The property is accessed from two sides.
