The house is on 2 floors. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen (stove, washing machine, coffee machine, extra hobs, kitchen cabinets, wood stove and a table) and a living room (three sofa beds, table, TV cabinet and wardrobe). External stairs lead to the second floor, which consists of two bedrooms (one has 3 beds, a wardrobe and a wood-burning stove, and the second bedroom has the same heating stove, two beds, a wardrobe and a terrace).
The yard is slightly slopped. It is planted with lots of fruit trees, flowers and vines. There is a tool shed, a shed with a barbecue, an outdoor fountain, another outdoor toilet and a separate fireplace area.
The house is at the end of the village. There are neighbors on one side only. The property is situated in a village 9 km north of Svoge, next to the river Iskar. The house offers panoramic views of Skaklya waterfall. Nearby is the Vazova eco trail and many more tourist routes.
