The house has two floors with a total area living of 140 square meters. The first floor consists of a large entrance hall used as a kitchen (it has a water tap and a sink), a storage room and two rooms. The second floor again has an entrance hall, three rooms and a terrace. All premises are without transitions.
The first floor is stone and brick built (walls thickness of 60 cm). The second floor is built of brick. The staircase between the first and second floors is external. Due to the fact that it has not been maintained for years it requires renovation. The foundations and walls are solid, most of the roof as well. However, it will need interior plastering and painting, replacement of some of the roof beams, mew roof tiles and chimney repairs.
The property has an external farm building (shed) with an area of about 60 square meters, in very good condition - it can be used for storage or for animals, etc.
The yard is very spacious - 2120 square meters. In it there are many fruit trees and the soil is very fertile. The plot is under regulation, making it is possible to build on it.
