This is an old, rural house located very close to some of the most famous Bulgarian sea resorts.
The house has an area of 80 sq m, spread on two floors. The first floor is stone built and the second is brick. It has two bedrooms, kitchen a and living room. The ground floor used as a basement. The toilet and the bathroom are external.
The property is equipped with electricity (single-phase and three-phase), water. There is no sewerage in the village and the property uses a septic tank. The house needs repairs.
The yard is 950 square meters. In the garden there is a vineyard, many different fruit trees, a strawberry plantation and some more empty space. There is also a shed.
The village lies 12 km from Obzor. It is a quiet and peaceful place at the foot of the Stara Planina and 10 km from the sea. Ecologically clean area.
