The hotel was built in 2003. The total living area is 900 sq m. It consists of 7 fully furnished apartments with 4 beds each and 5 double rooms with 2 + 1 beds. Every apartment is air conditioned and has its own bathroom with shower, sanitary equipment, sink, mirror, tiled floors. Each apartment has a balcony with awesome view to the sea and surrounding nature. The rooms have been furnished with natural materials; the furniture is made of solid wood, and in line with modern trends in design. On the ground floor there is a terrace and a restaurant with up to 50 seats and a barbeque area. The hotel also has its own parking area. Internet, phone and cable TV are provided. There is also a billiard room.
