The villa is 3 floors and it is located 15 min walking from the sea/2 km from the famous resort of Albena. It was built in 1991. The villa is suitable for all year around living. Although it was built with the purpose of being a family hotel t can easily become a lovely family home. Every floor has also a separate stairway and entrance. In close proximity there are bus stops, restaurants, shops and etc. The surroundings are beautiful- a lot of green areas and a small river passing by. The property is located at the end of the street and there is possibility to park a few cars outside and 6-7 cars in the yard. There also is a garage. The yard is 503 sq m large and totally green and decorated with flowers. There is plenty of space in case you want to add a swimming pool on the property. A barbeque area with dining space is also build in the yard. The building is situated north-east-south.
The total living area is 410 sq m distributed between 11 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 3 bathrooms all disposed in the following way:
I st floor- corridor, kitchen, bathroom with toilet, 3 bedrooms and a large balcony.
II nd and III rd floor- corridor, bathroom with toilet, 4 bedrooms and a balcony.
The floors are covered with tiles in the whole building. The joinery is wooden and on the first and the second floor it`s double glazed.
The resort of Albena is situated 32 km north and northeast of Varna, 502 km northeast of Sofia and 12 km south-west of Balchik. It is located on a long sand stretch in the open northern part of Varna Bay. The resort has three camping sites - Albena Camping, International Camping and Ekzotika Camping, which offer great opportunities for housing tourists and holidaymakers.
