This is a famous dance complex located in the central part of Sunny Beach. It is built on a plot land with size 1174 m2 and with total area of the complex 2702 m2.
It consists of three separate facilities:
- BAR & DINNER, located on the first floor (ground floor) with modern design, fully equipped with modern furniture, 2 glass illuminated square bars, outdoor garden (300 m2), indoor 250 m2 trading area with separate dining premise (about 300 seats total). Restaurant has a fully equipped modern kitchen with professional equipment and all facilities as required. There are toilets, fully equipped (Martinelli) - for ladies and gents with 4 cells. The inside area is fully air-conditioned with a professional equipment - YORK. There is built ventilation. There is a DJ console, fully equipped and with powerful sound system (Cerwin Vega, ElectroVoice) and effective lightening (Martin).
- DANCE CLUB, located on two levels, modern, with a total of 6 bars for customers, toilets on both levels with 8 cells (16) fitted by Martinelli. The second level is the VIP area with furniture, 3 bars for customers and a dry bar with panoramic views to the dance floor and the first level. The club is fully air conditioned with professional air conditioning YORK, as well as ventilation system. The total area of the two levels is 900 m2 and fit about 1,700 people.
- FOLK CLUB, located on the third level, on an area of 500 m2, modern, 2-square-client bars with capacity of over 900 people. The club is fully air conditioned with professional air conditioning YORK, as well as ventilation. There are 6 gents and 6 ladies WCs. The club has professional DJ console, sound and lighting system (Cerwin Vega, Martin).
