We are offering to your attention another commercial facility for sale. This is a dairy factory located near Gabrovo.
The dairy is situated 14 km from Gabrovo, in an ecologically clean area at an altitude of 1120 m above the sea level in the Central Balkan. Within a radius of 10 km there are no main road arteries, borders a modern horse base. It was built in the year 2000 on a 2,747 square meters of land and has total built up area of 670 square meters. It has its own adjoining lands: 1400 m2 - agricultural land, 1029 m2 - meadow, 3,759 m2 - a farmyard with a barn with size 364 m2.
It consists of dairy, concierge, solid fence, adjoining building to the dairy for cheese production and administrative buildings.
The activity of the factory is the production, storage and marketing of white brined cheese, butter and milk beverage and also purchase of cow milk.
Capacity of the dairy - milk processing from 15 to 25 tons per day from which the finished products are amounted to approximately, 60 tons of white cheese, 30 tons cheese and 20 tons of yogurt.
The factory has own water source, catchment and water. It works on day shifts with a staff of 18 skilled workers with an average wage of 400 Levs.
The dairy is guarded by a specialized company. Equipment is Nikos, Dobrich / Italian license /. There is ventilation, aspiration and boiler premise - Rozenbort - Germany. Additionally to the equipment there are consumables and spare parts and duplicated units. There is possibility for extensions and upgrades. Sewage is collected in a tank and transported to the town of Gabrovo in a treatment facility / signed contract/.
