The complex is located in the central part of Sunny Beach. It is situated in a quiet part of the resort just in a 10-minute walk from its center and the beach. It consists of 22 one-bedroom apartments and 38 studios. The complex comprises of 6 floors, the building is solid with brick walls. The complex is designed for year-round use. There is a pool and a parking.
The fee for maintenance is 8 euros without VAT per square meter per year
