This is an apartment complex situated in the resort of Primorsko. The complex is located 50 meters away from the lovely beach, in 5 minutes walking from the center of the resort, 500 meters from the aqua park, 800 from the bus station. The distance to the town of Bourgas is 55 km, and the International airport is 65 away. The complex consists of two sections - A and B. There are 22 apartments in total, also a café shop and a parking.
The construction works have started in 2006. The complex has entered service in June 2008.
