The apartment is one bedroom M302. It is located on the third floor of the Maria building. It is 62.86 sq m total size. From the balcony and the windows opens magnificent view towards the sea, pool and garden. The apartment has a balcony. It is situated close to the hotel facilities and is facing south. Sunny Beach is the largest beach resort in Bulgaria; very popular and particularly busy during the peak summer period. The sandy beach is about 10km long, covered with soft and fine sand. The bottom of the sea is also sandy with a slight slope making it suitable for bathing and swimming.
