This outstanding luxury apartment is in a new holiday complex situated just one step away from the famous Bulgarian seaside resort Sunny Beach. It's a first line development, right on the beach in the heart of a quiet bay and at the same time at the end of the forest. This one bedroom apartment (L103) is located on the ground floor of the Lilia building. It has 68.06 sq m of total living area. From the windows of the apartment opens magnificent view to the garden and pool. The apartment has a large terrace providing easy access to the pool. It is close to the hotel facilities, and is south facing. The apartment includes the following:
