Sunny and cozy, stylishly furnished, panoramic apartment located in a new residential building, built in 2005, part of a gated complex. The complex sits in a quiet area, not far from the center of the resort (3-4 minutes walking distance from the central square).
The apartment is fully furnished and suitable both for permanent living and for vacation during any season. It consists of an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a fireplace, a bedroom, closed balcony and a utility room. In the living room there is a relax area with a large sofa bed, a dining table for 6 people, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a stove with an oven, ceramic hobs, a built-in grill and an extractor hood, a washing machine. There are two single beds in the bedroom. Both rooms have built-in wardrobes for storing clothes and belongings. The living room opens onto a circular balcony providing much light into the room. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin, a cabinet with a sink and a cabinet with a mirror, toilet.
The location on the top floor brings the added benefit of high ceilings - the ceiling height is 3.5 m at its highest point, which brings extra spaciousness.
The apartment faces south-west. There is a lot of sunlight all day long. The windows overlook the beautiful Pirin Mountain and the ski slopes.
