This is an outstanding penthouse for sale, located in a luxurious first line complex, in Sozopol Municipality.
The complex is located within the boundaries of the natural reserve Arkutino and to be more precise - on Humata Cape. Reserve Arkutino is one of the last untouched wild nature areas on the Bulgarian Southern Black Sea coast. The wide kitchen is fully equipped with electrical cooker, electrical oven, fridge, freezer, sink, microwave oven, washing machine, pans/dishes/cutlery and other small appliances.
In the smallest room (wardrobe/closet) the guests will find 2 small wardrobes for their personal needs, the iron with the iron board, the drying racks for the laundry, the vacuum cleaner and hairdryer.
