The project for the first skyscraper in Sofia is competing for a prize

The media jury which nominated the new public buildings for the annual awards - VIP PROPERTY AWARDS 2011, is including the projects for the sport pride of Sofia - Hall Arena Armeets and the luxury building of the European Union, which draws attention at the Rakovska str. in the center of Sofia.

Among the nominees is the new university in Pernik, which caused a lot of interesting opinions. The prizes will be announced at the ceremony on the 7th of December in the luxury residency Anastasia in Sofia, with the cooperation of Art Studio Evtimov studio for advertising and design.

A jury of specialists will check all other candidates for thge special categories in the competition for the annual awards for inovative luxury construction, created with the initiative of VIP corporation = the company which organized the first luxury yacht and building exhibitions in Bulgaria.

The competition in the category Project if the year is huge, this is the section where the project for the first skyscraper in Sofia is nominated - Capital Fort. The project is for an office tower with height of 126 meters and a second office building with 40 meters height, situated above platform of two retails floors and underground parking. This project is among the competitors for the Grand Prix prize of the same competition.
