The five largest cities in the country hold half of the property market

About half of the property deals in Bulgaria are in five areas - Sofia, Plovdiv, Varna, Bourgas and Veliko Tarnovo, data compiled by the Registry Agency for 2010 These are areas where it was recorded population growth by the National Statistical Institute.
