The house we offer is located in a well-developed village approximately 65 km away from Vidin and 14km away from the town Belogradchik. Vidin district illustrates the magnificence of Northern and North-Eastern slopes of Stara Planina mountain in prefect and finished state. The municipality is sited in the North-Eastern part of Svetinikolska Mountain, which is a part of Stara Planina mountain. The region has a lot of tourist sights. The Rabisha Lake and Magura Cave are one of the many tourist destinations and preferred locations for relaxation. The house we offer is in excellent condition. It has total living area of 200 sq.m. and 1800 sq.m. garden. The house has two floors and a basement. The basement is transformed into a tavern.
