The house comprises 3 large rooms, and a kitchen/bathroom, all of which need minor renovation/plastering. There is currently piping from the kitchen/bathroom to the well. There is one new double glazed Vivaplast window. There is a basement for storing garden furniture and equipment, etc. There is an outside toilet at the back of the garden to service both houses, but it is easy to have a one put in both houses, and the water can be run from the well.
