The house comprises 3 large rooms, and a kitchen/bathroom, all of which need minor renovation/plastering. There is currently  piping from the kitchen/bathroom to the well. There is one new double glazed Vivaplast window. There is a basement for storing garden furniture and equipment, etc. There is an outside toilet at the back of the garden to service both houses, but it is easy to have a one put in both houses, and the water can be run from the well. This house could be inhabited after the necessary light renovation plastering, minor roof repairs and better windows), which would not cost very much.

And is not far away from Bulgaria's second most important transport corridor in the region. Furthermore, the railway station is a 20 minute walk away for direct trains to Sofia, on the Sofia-Vidin line, and trains to the city of Vidin (for the hospital, banks, large supermarkets, and every else you need). There is also a coach service to and from Sofia. The village centre, which is 5 minutes walk away, offers two grocery stores (that are open until 10pm), two bars, and a small church.
