The house in the property we suggest you is two storey providing 130 sq.m living area. On the first floor there are two rooms and three rooms are disposed on the upstairs. The two floors of the house are connected with external staircase.

The house is solid and doesn’t need any main repairs but only slight refreshment. Electricity and water are available in the property as well as telephone line. Cable TV and internet could also be installed upon your request.

There is a toilet outside the house but our local workers could build an inner one and a bathroom.
