Our ski center is only 5 kilometers from Pamporovo and is the investment opportunity you have been looking for. Preserved in the romance and charm of the Rhodope Mountains, ski center Stoykite | offers the perfect place to enjoy winter sports in a quiet and atmosphere in an environment undisturbed by time and heavy construction. The village will become the meeting point for all ski runs and lifts when the 250 million Euro “Perelik” project gets completed. Of course all of this is not going to happen straight away. The transformation will take place over the next three years, which is why our prices are so low at the moment. The construction of ski center Stoykite has already been completed. The resort consists of three sections and each section has five floors. All the apartments have mountain view and either southern or northern exposure.

The complex isolates you from the noise and traffic of the many hotel resorts being built in Pamporovo. There are two ski-runs near by. One of it is illuminated and permits skiing all night long. Starting next season there will be a lift connecting ski center Stoykite with Snejanka Peak. From there you are able to use all Pamporovo ski-runs.
