Depending on whether you are buying a completed apartment, one in rough construction or off-plan, we offer different payment plans. In each case, the client makes a deposit in BG levs equal to the amount of 2000 euros (according to the current exchange rate).

100 % When buying a completed apartment , clients pay in full at one installment.
1. Each client, who purchased an apartment and paid 100% of the property price as an initial installment, is granted a discount of 5% off the amount due. Because of the fact the entire amount is paid in one installment by the buyer, the investor is proposing not only a very reasonable price, but also free 1-year insurance on each property, in this payment plan.
2. Each client, who purchased an apartment and paid 70% of the property price as an initial installment, is granted a discount of 3% off the amount due.
3. Upon purchase of 2 to 5 apartments, the buyer gets a discount of 5% off their total price, regardless of the way of payment chosen.
4 Upon purchase of properties with total square surface over 600 sq.m. the investor makes a 10% discount off the total price of the subject properties.
5. 3% discount if the buyer is paying 70% of the amount.
