This old house is located in a village 28 km from Varna , a bit aside from the main road Varna-Burgas. The village is quite big and very well organized. There is a school, health center, many shops, pub, restaurants, football field. The area is rich of reservoirs suitable for fishing and boating. This village is one of the first to be inhabited by foreign families. It offers nice views of the valley. Although it is very close to the big city of Varna it still comforts with peace and laid-back lifestyle.

The house we offer has two floors with total living area of 90 sq m. There are five rooms altogether, one of them with a fireplace. Electricity, water and phone line are available. The plot is 1500 sq m and includes several farm buildings and a garage. It is accessible through an asphalted road.

The property needs some renovation work but has solid stone foundations.
