This small house is located in a in a mountainous area only 47 km distance from one of the most famous Bulgarian cities Varna.

The house has been inhabited till recently and is in very good condition. It is on a single floor and is made of stone. It consists of a kitchen, a big bedroom and a veranda. The total living area is 72 sq m. The exposition of the property is south-east. There are two big farm buildings also made of stone and are suitable for turning them into guest houses or storage places.
