The property we offer is situated in the south Rhodopi Mountain not far from the Greek border and some 20 km from the town of Ivailovgrad. It consists of two storey house and 30 sq m farm building. The house is solid made of stone and trimmer joists. It is also spacious providing 80 sq m living area distributed between two rooms on the first floor and three rooms with a big corridor upstairs. The village is very small with about 10 permanent residents. The nearest shop is 2 km away. 10 minutes walking and you reach the river passing by the hamlet. The Greek border is just 25 km far and a border check point is planned to open there. The area is good for fishing and hunting and the nature is unspoiled.
