The place is located 5 minutes walk from the center of Bankso and in the same time provides great privacy being outside overbuilt areas .The maintenance company is providing regular shuttle bus transport to the Gondola

The complex consists of four buildings all of them finished in the typical for the region style in wood and stone.Most of the apartments are already sold and furnished and owners are regularly visiting . Each apartment has real wooden floor , fully equiped bathroom , painted walls and all necessary communications connected.Electrical radiotors are also installed.

The complex benefits from a cozy restaurant which serves delicious food and operated all year round. The spa center provides a swimming pool , jakuzzi , sauna, steam bath and relax areas. There is all year round stuff available to serve the guests of the complex. The complex has 24 hours security, receprion,  wi fi internet connection and 24 hours maintenance.

Available apartments in the complex are studios , lux studios , onebedroom apartments and mezonets .

The apartments are offered unfurnished but upon request the packages that could be provided would be at extremely.

The annual maintenance fee for owners in this complex is 8 euros per sq. with VAT.
