This is an estate situated in a small village near the river Tundzha. It consists of a two storey house and a yard of 3000 sq. m.

The house was built in 1925 but it is in good state of preservation. It has 140 sq. m. living area divided into six rooms. Two rooms are disposed on the first floor and four on the second. There is also a terrace with a beautiful wooden fence. One of the accommodations is used as a cellar. The lavatory is outside. Running water and electricity are available.

The yard is huge with a trim garden including fig-trees, plums-trees and vines. You could use it for growing vegetables or flowers.

The estate is just for you if you are tired from the noise of the city. It is sheltered in a village close to the river Tundzha. The area provides good possibilities of a rest and recreation. It is an attractive place where you could go fishing or boating.

The village is close to the Sakar Mountain favourable for hunting. Enjoy the beautiful preserved nature and fresh air. In the summer you could go to the seaside. It isn’t so far and it takes you less than two hours to get there.
