This is a small holiday complex located in the village of Kosharitsa only about 3 km from Sunny Beach resort and 10 minutes driving to Nessebar. The complex is nestled in a quiet area near forest and consists of four three storey houses built in traditional Bulgarian style. The houses include 12 one-bedroom apartments combining harmony and convenience.
Each apartment comprises open plan living room with kitchenette and dining area, self-contained bedroom, bathroom/WC and balcony.
The apartments are finished with:
- Spanish terracotta tiles and laminate flooring,
- plastered and latex painted walls and ceilings.
- Bathroom and WC - faience, terracotta tiles, a shower box, a boiler and sanitary faience.

The complex has a swimming pool, parking lot and BBQ area.
Payment plan:
- 1000 euro deposit
- 30 % upon signing the preliminary contract
- 20 % upon reaching the 0 level – building the foundations
- 30 % upon reaching the roof level
- 20 % upon transferring the property.
5 % discount is available if 80 % of the total price is paid.
