This is a two-storey house in a small village situated 50 km away from Burgas. It is suitable for you if you are keen on gardening.

The house is solid with stone slates. It has four rooms. A stone outer staircase leads to a small platform on the second floor. The house has not been recently inhabited and needs some renovation and plastering. We recommend you to use our local workers for the necessary repairs.

Running water and electricity are available. There is a well in the 2300 sq.m yard and some additional premises used as storage.

The toilet is outside but one of the premises could be transformed into an inner one upon your request. This house could change its face and turn into a beautiful cottage for you and your family. Some fruit trees grow in the estate that make it look more attractive.

The estate is walled with a stone fence and approachable through a dirt road but asphalt one passes nearby. The privilege of the plot is its location near the Black Sea. It will take you less than an hour to get there.
