The house is approachable through an asphalt road. The privilege of the estate is its location near the Black Sea, the Burgas Airport, and the highway from Sofia to Burgas.

The Strandzha Mountain is about half an hour away. Beside the village has a really long history dating from the time of the Thracians and the Romans.

There are lots of mounds nearby and the village is still a target of archaeological investigations and excavations. All found objects are exposed in the museum of the village and you could see them.
