The property is a two-storey house with five rooms as total. They are spread on 75 m2. The first floor has two rooms and the second one has three. Running water, electricity and telephone are available in the house. There is no internal toilet but it can be easily installed by our builders. There are some renovations to be done so that the house turns into a cozy home.

The plot of land is 800 m2.

The region is simply gorgeous. It’s suitable for vacations. There are a lot of funs you can do. The city of Sandanski is just 15 km away and Greece is only 31 km far. There is a famous ski resort called Bansko that is merely 80 km far from the village.
